Suspect wanted for murder in Tucson arrested

NOGALES, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - A Mexican national wanted on a homicide charge out of Tucson was apprehended Wednesday at the Dennis DeConcini Port of Entry.
According to Customs and Border Protection, officers first reffered Alejandro Talamantes-Osorio, 28, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, for additional questioning when he attempted to enter the United States through the pedestrian area.
During a routine records check, Talamantes told officers he was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for homicide.
He was arrested and turned over to the Tucson Police Department.
