Arias returns to witness stand for juror questions

PHOENIX (AP) - Jodi Arias is set to return to the witness stand to be peppered by questions from jurors in her Arizona death penalty trial.
Arizona is one of just a few states where jurors are allowed to ask questions of witnesses during a criminal trial as a matter of law, meaning the judge is required to notify the panel of its right to pose queries. In most other states, the process is left up to individual judges to determine whether jurors may ask questions of witnesses.
Arias has faced more than 150 questions from jurors who had listened to her testify for 15 days.
She is charged with first-degree murder in Alexander's June 2008 death. She says it was self-defense, but police say it was a premeditated killing.
