Trial delayed for man accused of Casa Grande blast

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) - The trial of an Iraqi man charged with detonating an explosive device in Casa Grande is being postponed again.
No one was injured in the Nov. 30 blast outside a Social Security office.
Abdullatif Ali Aldosary's trial had been scheduled to start April 2 following an initial postponement from Feb. 5, but his lawyers recently said they need more time to prepare.
A federal judge in Phoenix then rescheduled the trial for June 4.
The Casa Grande Dispatch reports that prosecutors did not oppose postponing the trial.
Aldosary pleaded not guilty to charges of maliciously damaging federal property by means of explosives and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Authorities have declined to provide details about the case, including any potential motive.
