Interstate 10 accident clogs Phoenix freeways

PHOENIX (AP) - A big-rig rollover accident on Interstate 10 at its junction with Interstate 17 near Sky Harbor International Airport is clogging freeways in Phoenix during Wednesday morning's commute.
The accident closed all eastbound lanes on I-10 except one, backing up traffic on eastbound I-10 - and other freeways that join it - for miles.
Those include I-17 and Arizona 51.
Alternate routes include Arizona 202 though television news reports indicate that the clogging on I-10 is having a chain-reaction extending outside central Phoenix.
