Race for the Cure registraton at Fry's

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Fy's Food Stores are making it easier for people for sign up for the Southern Arizona Race for the Cure.
Starting Feb. 22, shoppers can sign up for the race at three Fry's Food Stores, including the Fry's at Grant and Swan, Thornydale and Tangerine and Rita Ranch and Houghton.
The race is Sunday, March 17. This year's race marks the 15th anniversary and will be held on the University of Arizona Mall for the first time. Last year's race attracted more then 7,200 people.
Olympic silver medalist Brigetta Barrett, whose mother fought breast cancer, is this year's Honarary Race Chair.
Registration times
Friday, Feb. 22, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 23 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday, March 1, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, March 2, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Registration is also available online or at the Komen SAZ office at 4574. E. Broadway Blvd. The office is open from Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
