PHOENIX (AP) - A Phoenix lawyer who was wounded in an office shooting earlier this week has died.
The 43-year-old Mark Hummels had been on life support at a Phoenix hospital since Wednesday morning's shooting. A publicist for Hummels' law firm says he died Thursday night.
Police say 70-year-old Arthur Douglas Harmon opened fire at the end of a mediation session over a lawsuit he filed last April. Police said Friday they recovered two pistols believed used in the shooting from Harmon's rental car along with an AR-15 rifle.
The chief executive of a Scottsdale-based company also died from wounds suffered in the shooting.
A woman also was shot, but her injuries were not life-threatening.
