Police: Woman calls 911 to report she choked son with cord

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Police say a 10-year-old boy has suffered serious injuries after his mother choked him.
Sgt. Chris Widmer with Tucson Police tells KGUN9 that officers responded to the 2700 block on North Swan after a woman called 9-1-1 to report she had choked her 10-year-old son with a cord.
KGUN9 has a crew headed to the scene.
