Golfer Rory McIlroy to contribute to Boys & Girls Club of Tucson

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson 8,000 at-risk youth club members were chosen by Rory McIlroy to benefit from the Rory Foundation’s 6 Bags Project during the Accenture Match Play Championship, taking place February 20-24, 2013.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson are just one of 6 charities worldwide to be included in Rory’s inaugural fundraiser for his newly created philanthropic foundation dedicated to helping youth.
McIlroy's bag will carry the name and logo of the the charity. The bag will then be auctioned through roryfoundation.com with all money raised benefitting the charity.
Armando Rios, CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson said, "As a product of this great organization and now its CEO, it is an absolute honor to have Rory think of our kids and help provide them with a great future. It is also a wonderful acknowledgement for the Tucson community and all of those who support at-risk youth."
McIlroy is the world's top ranked golfer, and just recently signed a 200 million dollar endorsement deal with Nike.
