Water line break shuts down portion of Glenn Street
Web Producer: Taylor Higgins
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A portion of Glenn Street will remain closed throughout the week due to a sinkhole that started as a result of flooding from a water line break.
Fernando Molina with Tucson Water tells KGUN9 that Glenn Street will remain closed at Magnolia Avenue, between Craycroft Road and Swan Road, due to a water line break that occured Monday morning.
The flooding caused the roadway to erode and repairs could take up to a week, says Mike Graham with the City of Tucson.
Motorists should avoid the area and take an alternate route until the roadway is back open. KGUN9 will continue to update this story throughout the week. Stay with us.
