Horse carriage flips over in Scottsdale accident

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - A horse wasn't hurt but three tourists were slightly injured when a carriage flipped onto its side in Old Town Scottsdale.
A police spokesman told The Arizona Republic that the accident Sunday occurred after a mechanical problem caused the carriage to hit a sign and then roll over when it struck a curb.
Last week, a horse and a buggy driver escaped injury when the buggy fell into a shallow canal.
