Missing elderly couple located

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A missing eldery couple who had last been seen on Jan. 12 has been located.
In a news release, Sgt. Maria Hawke said that John Charles Stegmeier, 89, and Marie Montana Stegmeier, 90, were located and returned home to Tempe on Jan. 14.
TPD was seeking the public's help in locating the missing elderly couple who unexpectedly drove to Tucson on Jan. 11 and spent the night.
Hawke said that although they both live in Tempe, they have a daughter living in the Tucson area. Both have mental deficiencies associated with dementia.
Neither had been seen or heard from since leaving a hotel in the Tucson area on Jan. 12.
