Marana police find missing Wisconsin man

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Marana police find a missing man from Wisconsin and help get him home safely.
Marana police located 29-year-old Charles Moss, near the intersection of Cortaro Road and I-10, just after 3:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, according to Sgt. Jose Alvarez with the Marana Police Department.
Upon discovering Moss, officers noticed that he appeared to be in distress, Alvarez said.
After further investigation, officer Thomas La learned that Moss suffered from schizophrenia and epilepsy and that he had not taken his medication in several days.
Moss was listed as a missing person from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, according to Alvarez.
La helped get Moss medical aid and made telephone contact with his father, Andrew Moss. Moss was extremely happy to hear that his son had been located. He explained that his son went missing January 7, after expressing a desire to go to a "smaller town," according Alvarez.
Police made arrangements with Moss' father for an airline ticket and then escorted Moss onto the plane. Moss made it home safely., Alvarez said.
