Arizona 2013 football schedule released
Arizona’s non-conference slate features Northern Arizona on Aug. 31, a trip to UNLV on Sept. 7 and hosting UTSA on Sept. 14. In 2012, the NAU Lumberjacks were 8-3 overall and 6-2 in Western Athletic Conference play. The UNLV Rebels were 2-11 overall and 2-6 in Mountain West Conference action. In just their second season hosting a football program, the UTSA Roadrunners were 8-4 overall and 3-3 in WAC play in 2012.
Following a bye week on Sept. 21, the Wildcats open up Pac-12 action at Washington on Sept. 28. Following a bye week on Oct. 5, UA will play at USC on Thurs., Oct. 10. Arizona will host Utah on Oct. 19 and play at Colorado on Oct. 26. California rotates back on to Arizona’s schedule in 2013 with the Cats traveling to the Bay Area on Nov. 2.
Arizona will host UCLA for Homecoming on Nov. 9. Washington State also returns to the schedule and the Wildcats and the Cougars will play in Tucson on Nov. 16. UA will host Oregon on Nov. 23 and will travel for the Territorial Cup game at Arizona State on Nov. 30.
The Wildcats’ 2013 schedule features five teams that played in a bowl game during the 2012 season including the Fiesta Bowl Champions in the Ducks.
All games are on Saturday, unless noted, and game times have yet to be announced and will be based on television selections.
