Man charged with videotaping in dressing room

ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Eduardo Dominguez, 28, has been charged with two counts of surreptitious videotaping.
Lt. Kara Riley with Oro Valley Police tells KGUN9 that on January 6, police responded to the Target located in the 10000 block of North Oracle Road in reference to a female who observed a cellular phone camera under her changing room door.
Video obtained from the Target showed Dominguez entering the changing room area while the victim was in the changing room.
Dominguez was identified and taken into custody.
