Ariz. couple rescues 22 dogs, monkey from fire

PHOENIX (AP) - A married couple says they managed to rescue 22 dogs and a monkey from a fire that ripped through their Phoenix home.
Chris Koudelka tells KPHO-TV (http://bit.ly/13a9md4) that they pulled the animals out of the burning house Thursday after the couple noticed smoke outside.
Koudelka says she and her husband, Mitchell, have six dogs but were dog sitting a friend's herd of Chihuahuas. She says they couple also has a marmoset monkey named Jewel, who is her husband's service animal.
Koudelka says the house was engulfed and the flames came billowing out of the attic.
No one was hurt in the fire.
Authorities still don't know the cause.
