PCSO responds to fatal rollover accident
Driver booked on 2nd degree murder charges

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Pima County Sheriff's Office responded to a call that came in just past midnight Thursday regarding a fatal rollover accident.
The passenger, identified as 32-year-old Ricardo Perez, was already dead by the time deputies arrived on the scene.
Traffic investigators found out that the driver, 32-year-old Justin Kitts, was driving a Honda Accord amid construction when he lost control of the car. The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and has since been released, according to Deputy Tom Peine.
Kitts has been booked into jail and faces second-degree murder charges.
