Conlogue to take over as Cochise County judge

BISBEE, Ariz. (AP) - A new presiding judge has taken over in Cochise County.
The Sierra Vista Herald reports James Conlogue has replaced Judge Wallace Hoggatt. The move became effective on New Year's Day.
Conlogue says he is honored to have been appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court.
He has previously served with Hoggatt as associate presiding judge and presiding criminal court judge.
