Two sent to hospital in I-10 rollover

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A rollover accident on Interstate 10 sent an 18 and 19-year-old to the hospital Monday.
Patrick Calhoun with the Avra Valley Fire District tells KGUN9 that the accident happened about 3:30 p.m. near Picacho Peak.
Emergency crews from the Eloy Fire District and Southwest Ambulance found one SUV in the eastbound lane that appeared to have rolled several times.
An 18-year-old girl was driving and was taking to the hosital with minor injuries. A second 19-year-old patient is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
Both were taken to the University of Arizona Medical Center by helicopter.
The pair was driving from Orange, Calif., to Tucson to visit friends for New Years.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the cause of the crash.
