Ariz. governor blocks out week for address, budget

PHOENIX (AP) - Gov. Jan Brewer's weekly public schedule doesn't list any public appearances.
Instead it indicates that Brewer has aside this week to work on her Jan. 14 State of the State address and the budget proposal she'll release later that week.
