Eastside shooting leaves two dead, including suspect

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - TPD was on the scene of a deadly shooting near Broadway and Pantano Thursday night. Authorities say a woman was shot just before 10:30 p.m. at 160 N. Pantano Road.
According to Sergeant Chris Widmer, officers responded to this location in reference to shots heard in the area. Upon arrival, they located an adult female suffering from gunshot trauma. She was transported to a local area hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
TPD said the suspect was located at a home on Curtis Rd. near Davis Ave. He was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
