PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett has accepted an invitation to testify before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday in Washington D.C.
The hearing is titled "The State of the Right to Vote After the 2012 Election."
Bennett will join former Governor of Florida Charlie Crist, Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz, South Carolina State Representative Gilda Cobb-Hunter and Nina Perales of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund.
Bennett says he's looking forward to offering insights on the election cycle and "shed some light on Arizona's system of elections."
