TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Police searching Tempe Town Lake for a missing Arizona State University student say they'll resume the search after a resident reported seeing something that resembled a person's silhouette in the water.
Tempe police spokesman Michael Pooley said Friday that the search for Jack Culolias will include the river basin and the area north of Tempe Marketplace.
Pooley says Tempe police received a call Thursday night from a concerned resident who saw an object in the water northeast of the area that crews had searched for three days.
Authorities say Culolias had been kicked out of a Tempe bar Friday night and was suspected of being drunk.
Campus police say Culolias' friends saw him heading to a taxi cab, but he hasn't been seen since. His mother reported him missing Sunday.
