Water back on in Litchfield Park, part of Goodyear

PHOENIX (AP) - Water service has been restored in two west Phoenix cities after an electrical problem left the local private utility unable to pump water into its system.
Although service to Litchfield Park and parts of Goodyear was restored by late Thursday, officials say they will likely issue a boil water advisory Friday once test results come back from a laboratory.
Greg Sorensen of Liberty Utilities says he brought in a dozen electricians to fix the problem and got the pumps back on Thursday evening. He tells the Arizona Republic workers planned to be on the job throughout the night to bring pressure back up.
