Police investigating suspicious package

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson Police is investigating a suspicious package near Park Avenue and Fair Street.
Sgt. Chris Widmer with TPD tells KGUN9 that the package was found inside a recycle bin.
The replacing bin was located in the parking lot of the Ward 5 office. A statement from the office says that the area was secured and the Ward 5 office was evacuated as a precaution.
The FBI and Homeland Security were involved in the investigation because the item was potentially a biohazard.
