Police detain man who runs from shooting scene

PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police responding to a reported shooting detained a man seen running from the scene.
Meanwhile, other officers found a man fatally shot, and he died at a hospital Sunday evening.
Sgt. Steve Martos says officers and a police dog chased the man who ran away and were able to detain him.
Martos says no further information is immediately available regarding the shooting victim or the man who ran away.
