Missing Sedona woman found deceased

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz (KGUN9-TV) - Around 10 a.m., Nov. 17, a hiking group discovered the body of a deceased woman near the Huckaby Trail off Schnebly Hill Road.
The Coconino County Sheriff's Office has since identified the woman as 52-year-old Gwendolyn Munday of Sedona. Munday had been reported as a missing person to the Sedona Police Department on Nov. 10. She had last been seen on Nov. 7.
In a press release, a Coconino County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said that initial investigation of the scene does not indicate foul play. However, the case is still open pending further review of information.
The cause of death is yet to be determined by the Coconino County Medical Examiner's Office.
