Nogales City Councilman passes away at home

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A Nogales City councilman passed away early Sunday morning.
Concilman Ramon Felix passed away in his home early Sunday morning, according to a press release sent by Nogales Mayor Arturo Garino.
"We were shocked by the news we received this morning," said Nogales Mayor Arturo Garino. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Ramon's family and the entire Nogales community during this difficult time, especially during the holiday season."
