Phoenix police seek man who tied up woman in home

PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police are trying to identify a man who apparently broke into a home in an upscale south Phoenix neighborhood and tied up a woman inside.
Police say a neighbor called and said they saw a person hiding in the bushes and then heard a window break early Friday.
Sgt. Steve Martos says arriving officers found a home near Chandler Boulevard and 32nd Street with a broken window. When no one opened the door they went in through the window.
That's when they found a woman tied up on her bed. She was unable to tell officers what happened.
Martos says police have only a vague suspect description of a man in his mid-20s.
