PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police have identified the woman who drove a car with a small child inside onto the runway of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport as 21-year-old Koko Nicole Anderson of Mesa.

Police say was booked into jail on aggravated DUI and criminal charges. Police suspect she had taken an unknown drug.

Sgt. Trent Crump says they don't believe she intended any harm. He says the incident was caused by "impairment and poor decision making."

The woman rammed the airport gate around 10 p.m. Thursday and started crossing the runway. Officers forced the car to stop after a few minutes and detained the driver.

Crump said neither Anderson nor the child was injured.

An airport spokeswoman said no aircraft were nearby at the time and no passengers were in immediate danger.
