UPDATE: Search complete for man, two kids on Mt. Lemmon

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Search and rescue deputies spent the night with a man and two children who were stuck on Mount Lemmon Saturday night.
At around 7:00 p.m. Saturday, search and rescue deputies began searching for three hikers, a 41-year-old man, a 15-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy, according to Deputy Tom Peine with the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
The group began hiking on Romero Trail around 5:30 a.m. Saturday with the intent to hike to the top of Mount Lemmon.
Peine told KGUN9 that the 41-year-old man call for help around 7:00 p.m. after he and the children were out of water and too tired to continue hiking. Search and rescue deputies made phone contact with the hikers around 8:00 p.m. Saturday.
Volunteers with the Southern Arizona Rescue Association, or SARA, began their rescue at around 9:30 p.m., after a Pima County Sheriff's Department airplane confirmed the hiker's location.
SARA volunteers made contact with the hikers around midnight and spent the night with the group.
Volunteers escorted the hikers down off the trail at around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
