High school military recruiter arrested for sex with minor

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Deputies arrested a military recruiter at Flowing Wells High School Wednesday on charges of sexual conduct with a minor.
Deputy Tom Peine with the Pima County Sheriff's Department told KGUN9 that Matthew Troy Roberts, 29, was arrested on five counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
The victim was a 16-year-old student at Flowing Wells High School.
Detectives started this investigation in early October.
