PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona's state revenue picture continues to improve. Legislative budget analysts report that revenue collections in September were 4.2 percent above those of September 2011. The sales tax and the individual and corporate income taxes all had increased revenue. So far, with one-quarter of the fiscal year already in the books, the state's general fund collections are 3.4 percent higher than last year. That's $8.4 million below the budget forecast enacted last May. (Copyright 2012 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
