TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A woman became trapped inside her car after it turned onto its side in an accident Wednesday night.
Capt. Adam Goldberg with Northwest Fire tells KGUN9 that crews responded to Oldfather Drive and Mars Street after reports of a two-car crash.
On scene, crews found a 51-year-old woman trapped inside her white pick-up and they had to use the Jaws of Life to get her out.
She was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the second car was not injured.
The intersection was closed while crews got the woman out of her car and the Pima County Sheriff's Department will investigate the cause of the accident.
