Police need help finding missing vulnerable man

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Police are looking for a missing 51-year-old man who was last seen Wednesday afternoon.
Sgt. Chris Widmer with TPD tells KGUN9 that Elvert Samual Beach was last seen leaving his house in the 600 block of North Erin Avenue at about 2:00 p.m.
Beach told a family member that he was going to walk to New Mexico.
He suffered a brain injury several years ago and functions with a decreased mental capacity.
He has no money and does not know how to use public transportation.
He is described as a Caucasian male, 6-feet tall, 180 pound with black hair, brown eyes and a couple days growth of facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark jacket and off-white colored jeans.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
