TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The stolen FJ Cruiser seen in a home-owner's surveillance video was recovered by deputies and the driver arrested.
Deputy Tom Peine with the Pima County Sheriff's Department tells KGUN9 that Tucson Police located the stolen SUV in the 3000 block of North Balboa Avenue.
Ginamarie Swan, 34, was driving the vehicle at the time and was arrested and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center for theft of means of transportation.
The FJ Cruiser was seen in surveillance video from a home in the 600 block of East Canyon View Drive. That home was burglarized on September 30.
Deputies are not saying if Swan is the woman seen in the video.
The investigation is ongoing.
