Man arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - The Sierra Vista Police Department has arrested 21-year-old Shane Moore for sexual misconduct with a minor.
Cpt. Scott Borstadt tells KGUN9 that on September 30, a juvenile went to the Sierra Vista Police Department to report she had been sexually assaulted.
The juvenile stated she had met the suspect, Moore, at the mall approximately six months prior and that Moore had told her he was 17-years-old.
Through their investigation, it was determined that Moore committed sexual misconduct with the victim at least twice.
Moore has been booked into the Cochise County Jail on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
