Four dead after single-vehicle roll-over crash

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Four are dead, including a 2-year-old and 12-year-old boy, after a roll-over accident on I-10.
The Arizona Department of Public Transportation said in an email, the driver, Sandra Camacho-Hernandez, 35, was unable to control the vehicle after the right rear tire burst, causing the car vear off the road and roll into the median.
DPS tells KGUN9 that Camacho-Hernandez was declared dead at the scene, and 6 other passengers were ejected from the 2001 Ford pickup truck.
Rigoberto Quintana, 12, and Angel Gabriel Romero, 2, were riding in the bed of the truck, along with a 17-year-old boy and a 37-year-old man, when the accident occurred. Rigoberto and Angel died as a result of the collision.
The other men were admitted to local hospitals with critical injuries. Another 20-year-old woman who was riding in the cab was also admitted to a local hospital, according to DPS.
Margarita Camacho-Quintana, 43, was riding in the cab of the truck and was also among the deceased.
DPS said the vehicle was headed westbound on I-10 and the accident occurred at mile post 339.
