Hundreds of customer service jobs coming to Tucson

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A Florida company is actively hiring hundreds of new customer service agents for a Tucson location.
A spokeswoman for C3/CustomerContactChannels tells KGUN9 that the majority of positions are customer service representatives but they are also hiring management positions.
C3 is a global provider of customer management solutions and has clients in the telecommunications, healthcare and social commerce industries.
Many of the Tucson jobs will include social media aspects.
C3 is looking for applicants with prior contact center and customer service experience but will consider candidates with customer service experience outside of a call center.
