City employees indicted in criminal investigation

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Two former City of Tucson Transportation employees were indicted by a Pima County Grand Jury Monday, according to Sgt. Chris Widmer with Tucson Police.
Widmer tells KGUN9 that Kurt Hough and Bobby Palomarez were indicted on multiple felony counts including fraud, theft and criminal enterprise.
Arraignment for both is scheduled for September 25.
These indictments are part of an ongoing criminal investigation involving the City of Tucson, the Tucson Police Department and the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
Tucson Police will continue its investigation to determine whether criminal violations occurred.
