Local firefighters take part in 9/11 ceremony

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A small ceremony at Tucson Fire Department headquarters Tuesday aimed to remember the tragic day 11 years ago.
Firefighters, along with members of Tucson Police and Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild joined together for a symbolic bell ringing and a performance by a Bag Pipe player, after brief statements were made to remember the events of Sept. 11, 2001.
The Northwest Fire District also took part in a small ceremony at Station 38 to remember the day.
