City Hall basement and first floor re-open after Freon leak

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The basement and first floor of the City Hall building downtown have re-opened after a Freon leak in the basement, according to city spokesman Michael Graham.
City staff worked with Tucson Fire to assess the situation and decided the building could be re-opened for business.
