Monsoon watch around Southern Arizona

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for central Graham County in southeast Arizona.
This includes Safford, Ariz., and expires at 6:45 p.m. Friday.
Run off from this heavy rainfall could caused flooding of washes and streams. Motorists should use caution while driving through underpasses, flooded streets and low-lying roadways.
The National Weather Service says, "Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
