Two arrested following narcotics investigation in Pinal County

ELOY, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Two men from Elroy were arrested on Aug. 27, ending a month-long drug trafficking investigation.
The Pinal County Narcotics Task Force arrested Adam Chavarria, 20, and Christian Colin-Ortiz, 18, during a traffic stop after watching him leave a residence. Chavarria was driving under a suspended license, according to Elias Johnson, Public Information Officer with Pinal County Sheriff.
Cocaine, marijuana, and methamphetamine were found in the vehicle and about 1000 dollars was seized from Chavarria.
PCNTF was alerted of this operation from a citizen tip through the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.
Chavarria and Colin-Ortiz both face charges of possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a dangerous drug for sale, transportation of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
