Man turns himself in for kidnapping and sexual assault

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - A 37-year-old man turned himself in to the Cochise County Sheriff's Office Tuesday after police were investigating a kidnapping case, according to Cpl. Scott Borgstadt with the Sierra Vista Police Department.
Borgstadt tells KGUN9 that in January, a woman told police she was sexually assaulted in the 3100 block of E. Fry Blvd. by someone that she knew.
Jim Kagwanja Munene turned himself in and was charged with kidnapping and sexual assault.
