Pima County misprints election postcards
Web Producer: Rikki Mitchell
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Elections Department sent out about 190,000 postcards for the primary election next week, but with one mistake.
The postcards were meant to remind voters of their precinct numbers and polling places, but the cards said it was for the general election, not the primary.
Brad Nelson, the Pima County Elections Director, says everything else on the card is correct. The only mistake is that it says general election, and not primary.
The primary election will be Tuesday, August 28. The polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The general election is not until Nov. 6.
