CHINO VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) - Two Wisconsin men are in custody in northern Arizona for allegedly trying to mail two shipments of drugs back to Milwaukee.
Yavapai County Sheriff's officials say 50-year-old Todd Brazeau and his 41-year-old nephew Brandon Brazeau are being held on $50,000 bond apiece at the Camp Verde Detention Center.
They both remained jailed Monday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and narcotic drugs for sale.
The suspects had been staying at a motel in Prescott Valley. They allegedly tried to ship two boxes of "sweaters and shoes" to Milwaukee last Wednesday and paid more than $200 in cash to do so.
A clerk became suspicious and notified authorities, who opened the box and say they found four pounds of marijuana in one box and five ounces of cocaine in the other.
