TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Have you noticed a lot of graffiti in your neighborhood? Who's responsible for cleaning it up -- especially when it's on private property?
It's a growing problem that's keeping neighborhoods very busy trying to figure it out, and clean it up.
But as 9 On Your Side discovered, there's now a plan in place that will help neighborhoods get a better grip on graffiti.
