TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Police arrested three people in the death investigation of a 54-year-old man found on a sidewalk last year, according to Sgt. Maria Hawke with Tucson Police.
Hawke tells KGUN9 that Michael Celaya, 42, Jessica Miranda, 27 and Luis Howard, 29, were arrested on charges of first degree murder, aggravated robbery and auto theft, which are all felony charges.
This is an ongoing investigation from April 2011, when police responded to 5801 S. 12th. Ave. regarding a report of an injured man on the sidewalk.
Police found Terry Caldwell with life-threatening injuries and took him to University Medical Center, where he later died.
Police, along with the U.S. Marshall's Office assisted in locating the three suspects and arresting them.
