Aggravated felon gets more jail time

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - An illegal immigrant and aggravated felon received a sentence of 40 months of confinement after he was caught at the border.
Ruben Olguin-Gutierrez, 56, was originally convicted of felony lewd and lascivious acts on a minor under the age of 14 in 2004.
He was sentenced to three years in prison and deported.
In December 2011, Olguin-Gutierrez was caught attempting to re-enter the United States.
In June, he was sentenced to 40 months of incarceration and banned for life from any legalization process that could allow him to enter the U.S.
