Suspect named in first-degree murder case

TUCSON (KGUN 9-TV) - A suspect has been named in a homicide case that took place Monday July 9.
Jesus Martin Valenzuela, 47, has been charged with second-degree murder for the alleged killing of 50-year-old Juan Ayala Moroyoqui, according to Tucson Police.
A person was detained the night of the homicide after the initial investigation revealed that Moroyoqui had been in a physical altercation that lead to his death.
The is no word yet whether Valenzuela was the initial suspect.
